Please do not edit, alter, manipulate, change, or recreate our printables as that is against copyright. We cannot send you the password; I'm very sorry.

I DOWNLOADED TOO MANY TIMES AND CAN'T DOWNLOAD AGAIN. 

We have a limit to how many times one product can be downloaded for security reasons. We cannot increase the link download limit per person. I'm very sorry.

TECHNICAL ISSUES DOWNLOADING

There are two most common issues:

1) Your browser: sometimes the issues can be tied to the extensions installed in a browser. It may also be that your current browser is not updated and you are using an older version. Try downloading in a different browser on a PC. Try Chrome (my personal favorite), Internet Explorer, or Firefox.

2) You can't find the file location: sometimes, it will download to location on your computer that id difficult to find. Check your "Downloads" under "My Computer" or search the title of the file on your computer.

YOU CAN ALSO TRY:

  • Search Google for help with your specific browser. Usually typing in the error code you are seeing is very helpful when searching.
